FILE UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS

Please transmit technical drawings which exceed 5MB in file size via FTP (file transfer protocol).

An FTP Client must be used for this transmission. You may download and install a free evaluation version of the WS_FTP client here.

After downloading and installing the FTP client, start the program. You will begin at the "Connect to Remote Host" screen.

1. Click Create Site.

2. In the Name field, enter: Top Bound USA FTP.  Click Next.

3. In the Host Name or  IP Address field, enter: ftp.elitesales.com  Click Next.

4. Please contact Top Bound USA for User ID and Password.

5. Enter User ID and Password. Check Save Password. Click Finish.

6. Highlight Top Bound USA FTP and click Connect

7. After connecting, enter the path to the file you want to transmit under Local System. Select the file in the Local System window (left side window).

8. Double-click the file or highlight the file and press the green arrow pointing right. This will send the file to Top Bound USA's FTP server. You may now Exit the program.

Please notify your salesperson at Top Bound USA that you have transmitted this file.
